Eric Burch
President

Eric brings a wealth of motorsports and business knowledge, practices and techniques. He has worked with some of the most talented drivers in the sport today, and his keen eye for driving talent is just one key element in P1 Groupe's management programs. Eric has spent more then 10 years in the motorsports industry, and has served as Race Team Director for a number of teams competing in various racing series such as the American Le Mans Series, Rolex Sportscar Series, FIA GT, and Grand Am Cup. He also served as Director of Sales for a nationally recognized racing school during this time.

From 2001 through 2003 Burch's teams comprised an impressive record of 44 starts with 30 Top Five finishes, finishing in the Top Three in the championship in two of the three years. Burch is using this experience to bring P1 Groupe to the top of its field and create the best possible atmoshpere for corporate clients, teams, and drivers to succeed both on and off the racing circuit. Eric has developed sales programs such as Arrive and Drive programs for several top auto manufacturers, hospitality programs for large corporations, and celebrity events for his more affluent clients that just wanted that extra little attention.

Tammy Newby
Sponsor Coordinator

A graduate of the University of Florida, Tammy comes to P1 Groupe with 13 years of business experience in the Dentistry field to her credit. With a strong background in management and marketing, Ms. Newby decided it was the right time to follow her passion in the motorsports field.

This passion is deeply rooted as her father raced stock cars, and worked closely with two different stock car teams competing regularly at local venues such as New Smyrna Speedway and Orlando Speedway. In 2001 this led to personal introductions to the NASCAR world and drivers Dale Earnhardt Jr., Michael Waltrip, Bill Elliott, Jeff Gordon, race team owner Rick Hendrick and crew chief Robbie Loomis.

Tammy has several years of experience in media buys, advertising, and running a full office staff. This experience, along with excellent communication skills developed with her years on the lecture circuit, will strengthen P1's trackside presence in model management, contract negotiation, and obtaining additional media for P1's stable of drivers and teams. Already having knowledge of what it takes to field a team, the layout of the garage areas, and race shops will allow Tammy an easy transition as she assists P1 Groupe clients both on and off the race track.
