Both Vipers are built identically, are turnkey and ready to race in the American Le Mans Series, LMS or FIA. The cars come equipped with a dry sump Comp Coupe motors with upgraded internals from Élan Power, (same builder as Panoz). The gearbox is a Hollinger sequential box with no lift shift, the shocks are 4 way adjustable Motons, wheels are BBS, and the brakes are custom built in either PFC or Brembo. The stock ECU and wiring has been completely removed and replaced with a custom Motec ECU/ECM with traction control.

The most significant differences in these cars to a standard FIA GT3 car, is eliminating over 250 lbs of useless weight throughout the car, and chassis supports have been added in key places to reduce chassis flex. Also changed the front and rear geometry giving the car a much more solid platform, as well as lowering the overall center of gravity, while at the same time raising the roll centers.

Spares included in the price would be three sets of wheels, spare rear end, misc spare suspension pieces, spare hood, doors, and side panels.

A spare motor would be available at an additional cost of $30K, as well as a spare Hollinger gearbox at $24K.

These Vipers are without a doubt the most developed in the world.
